Now I won't be confusing people as to whether I'm talking about the planet or the Saiya-jin! It may not be traditional...but hey, it'll do the job nicely!

• Vejita-sei's destruction: In this fanfic?Vejita-sei was destroyed a lot later than in the DBZ Manga/anime timeline?a good, I estimate, 20 years later.
• Kakkarot: Heheh, I thought it would be more interesting if Goku was sent from Vejita-sei because he was far too dangerous and wild to keep around...and they figured to use his distructiveness to depopulate planets. Oh the irony, ne?
• Tenshi: Ok, I know this may sound odd to talk about?as this IS a fanfic including her, but Tenshi is a char I created for this story. I thought it would be neat to have a little sister that Vegita spoiled.
• Grey Eyes: Gomen nasai, but I thought black was a bit blasé, so I figured a bit of creative touch was in order. I figured a dark dark grey would be a little more interesting.
• The Saiyan Empire: I thought it would be fun and interesting if King Kai's tale about the the Saiya-jin was actually an unflattering barbaric story created by fiendish intergalactic financialists that he had overheard, and that there WAS no second race on the planet. I mean, knowing that he thought there were only FOUR surviving Saiyans left, and he said it was destroyed by a 'protector' of that world, unltimately destroyed by meteors. Well, we know he was wrong on at least two accounts, maby he was off with everything else? I think that the Empire should be a grand, noble thing?savage admittedly, but still a fully functioning (or dysfunctioning, take your pick) empire. It adds to the charm.

• Tails: I thought it would be clever to have a Cat's tail for the women and use the monkey for the men...the cat symbolizing intellect and cunning and the monkey representing power and strength. Kinda fits, doesn't it.
• Women's Roles: Women aren't subservient...they are just on a different par than men. Just as women are band from the Senshi training...the men are banned from the laboratories and other thoughtful institutions
• Lifespan: Although it won't say much in the begining...I will calculate that a Saya-jin has a lifespan that is four times longer than humans...aging normally until they reach 21... then the Saiya-jin age much much slower.
• The Moon: Kiya! Almost forgot about this! Yes?I know good ol Piccolo blasted it to dust?but, as will be explained later on in the story, it was brought back by a wish?by Puar. Funny he should find all seven of the balls, but he did somehow.

• -chan: a suffix added to a name as a token of friendship or closeness
• -jin: one of a people
• -san: a suffix added to a name of an older individual to show respect
• -sei: place or planet
• Akuma: Devil or Demon
• Ai to mirai wo shinjite: believe in love and the future
• Densetsu: legend
• Gomen: sorry
• Gomen Nasai: very sorry
• Hai: yes
• Konnichiwa: hello!
• Minasenshi: beautiful little warrior
